Job Description

  • Effective Management of the Customer Service Department here in Malaysia
  • Oversee Service Operation, Including the Delegation of Tasks to Team Leaders in Each Engineering Function
  • Effective Management of the Department's P&L (Incl. Budget, Expense, Revenue & Profit) and Local Resources
  • To Strategize, and Expand the Customer Service Business in Malaysia (Incl. Management of Key Accounts)
  • Project Management and Risk Assessment

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or Automation Engineering
  • Min. 5 Years of Service Manager Experience (or within a similar position)
  • Experience Managing a Profit Centre - Revenue, Rrofit and Costs
  • Sound Technical Knowledge in Robotics, Automation and/or Engineering (Preferred)
  • Fluency in Spoken & Written English
