- Responsible for office administration covering reception, switchboard, housekeeping, office supplies mail and courier
- Manage company real estate portfolio and capital budgets
- Handling real estate, life safety, environmental management, customer services, floor support services and space utilisation management
- Manage office relocation and renovation fit-out
- Involve in human resources process including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years experience in office administration services
- Posses good communication skill
- Strong in stakeholder management
