Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for a Controlling Analyst to further add value to the business from a business analyst perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify variances between actual versus budget, and provide insights.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and manage working capital.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including P&L, SVA, and Working Capital.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Controlling Analyst will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years in finance, with at least 3 years in controlling, FP&A, or business partnering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and data manipulation abilities.
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
