About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player within the FMCG industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Contract Specialist to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

Job Description

  • Coordinate requests to appropriate reviewer and business area. Provide guidance to ensure appropriate approvals are obtained and retained.
  • Review completeness of incoming external funding and contract-to-pay applications and requests.
  • Ensure timely receipt of executed contracts prior to the program start date and coordinate with requests provider for changes to contracts.
  • Responsible for capturing the data elements to ensure adherence to physician payment reporting requirements and country requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of payments and collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve payment related issues. Responsible for providing purchasing support related to management of associated payments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • >3 years of working experience in procurement, finance or in similar capacity. Excellent adaptability to fast changing business requirements and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
