Job Description

  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support contract management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining files.
  • Conduct basic legal research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring internal and external compliance obligations.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and documents for contract reviews and audits.
  • Maintain and update legal document systems for easy access and record‑keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for information needed in contracts and compliance checks.
  • Assist with KYC documentation and submissions to banks, partners, and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and deadline tracking.
  • Help identify contract risks and suggest mitigation strategies under guidance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of compliance regulations within the Blockchain industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing compliance documentation.
  • Capability to stay updated with changing regulations and implement necessary updates.
