Job Description

  • To Manage, Support and Perform Customer Collection Operational

  • To drive, identify and implement the Continous Improvement (CI) project, in connection to automation process
  • To be the process supervisor of the Collection operational activities and leading the transition of knowledge transfer

  • To conduct appropriate training to the team member in the FSSC

  • Supervise and ensure collection meet the operational target set by the management

  • Involve in the proposal on provision of doubtful debts process

  • Manage stakeholders expectation and ensure timely and accurate service delivery and issue resolutions

  • Timely and accurately deliver financial reports, provide analysis and reconciliation of account

  • Provide technical advice on issue resolutions to meet standards through reconciliation of account balances

The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum of 6 years woring experience in collections, AR
  • Preferably Shared Services working experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience (indirect reports are acceptable but must be more than 4 people)

  • Must have experience in migration projects and Continuous Improvement projects.

  • High adaptability and agile
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
