About Our Client

Our client is a development company focusing on a large scale mixed use development

Job Description

  • Responsible for the development of codes related to infrastructure, public realm, health, safety, fire and security etc
  • Continuously review the codes and standards set aimed at ensuring safe and sustainable infrastructure development.
  • Direct the development of the codes, guidelines and standards framework, policies, processes and systems applicable for all assets/infrastructure development in the county
  • Ensure compliance to the set codes and standards for all asset/infrastructure projects
  • Monitor the market to identify the latest trends and norms in the field of codes and standards for potential adoption.
  • Develop the Department's strategy, objectives, KPIs annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree and engineering or relevant filed. (Masters Degree preferred)

15+ years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with municipality.government entities
