- Planning and directing sales and marketing strategies
- Providing leads and products to assist sales and project team.
- Developing great partnership with regional and local entrepreneur groups for land sales and development.
- Developing business strategy that can result to occupying 100% of the Office buildings
- Leading the sales team in terms of delivering the sales of land and exploring into new joint ventures to build on current land parcels.
- Reports directly to MD/CEO constantly on business openings.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis by keeping an eye on the market trends in terms of other properties developments around.
- Ensuring that every practices is compliant to the available SOP.
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledgeable in terms of marketing especially branding.
- Able to drive a team with good managerial and people skills.
- Good interpersonal skills that can help to build relationship with local and international developers for business development.
- Having a cost conscious culture in everything that is created.
- Well aware of the key players which has access to leading banks and entrepreneurs in South East Asia.
- Professional in terms of delivering key points to the Board of Directors and shareholders of the Company.
- Being able to handle sales transactions that are difficult to achieve.
