Job Description

  • Provide technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Educate and train customers on product use and maintenance.
  • Review design plans submitted by designers to enhance the quality of case delivery.
  • Facilitate discussions between designers and overseas doctors on complex cases.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer experience.
  • Adhere to all company protocols and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Support Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences or a bachelor's degree in dental/ related field.
  • Have years of experience in clinical orthodontic work or orthodontic clinical support experience
  • Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible to work at assigned locations and open to global travel a
  • Familiarity with the healthcare/ dental industry and its current trends.
