About Our Client
Our client is an emerging premier Global FX company who has established a strong global standing in the past 10 years. They are managing multi-billion dollar trading platforms with more than 16,000 traders worldwide. They pride themselves with their efforts in constant product innovation and user experience throughout the years. As they look at expanding further through the countries stated below, they are looking for a very experienced Chief Sales Officer to strengthen their footprint within the respective regions.
- Reporting directly to CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team you will be responsible for direct and B2B sales revenue.
- You will agree and set the annual revenue plans and ensure they are delivered in each country.
- Maximising client development and profitability, including HNWI or VIP.
- Ensuring clients and brokers are serviced through close working relationships with the Customer Support department
- Provide input into the Chief Product Officer in all aspects of new product offerings and evolving existing products to meet the changing needs of the customer base.
Key requirements include:
- 10+ years' experience in a Senior Sales role in a FX, Gaming or similar industry.
- Extensive Sales Management experience is a must.
- Must have managed multiple sales teams, in multiple countries, and demonstrated exceptional results.
- Strong cultural abilities to manage multi-nationals in Asia.
- Proven experience in building cross country Sales Teams, Relationship Managers, KAMs, Broker Management and B2B solutions.
- Knowledge of FX industry trends and sales opportunities.
- A track record of delivering annually increasing Sales Results and beating targets.
- Expats are welcome to apply. Ability and desire to relocate to Malaysia.
- A reasonable amount of travel in Asia, and monthly to Europe for Leadership Meetings.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant will be based in Malaysia, from where they will direct, build, manage, incentivize and lead our Commercial Directors (Country Managers) and their teams, for the following countries, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, MEA (Arabic Countries), South Africa as a starter.
