They are committed to upholding the highest standards of governance and integrity while fostering a culture of compliance.Job DescriptionIn the capacity of Chief Integrity & Governance Officer, reporting to the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and the Board of Directors (BOD), provide independent assurance to the Board and ensure the company maintains strong standards of corporate governance and compliance.Serve on the Senior Management Team and act as the principal advisor on corporate governance matters, including policies and the rollout of governance programmes and risk management frameworks.Oversee and ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the company's Risk Management Framework, HSSE Framework, Operations and Asset Integrity Framework, Financial Policies, and other key governance frameworks across the organisation.Establish and maintain a comprehensive annual assurance programme, ranging from self-assessments to full-scope audits, covering business operations, HSSE, and regulatory and ethical compliance.Review all critical business processes to identify, mitigate, and manage legal, reputational, and financial risks.Provide governance, compliance, and process risk advisory support for all major projects undertaken by the company.Lead the development, implementation, communication, training, and continuous maintenance of governance, risk, and compliance policies, processes, and procedures.Build and sustain effective working relationships with regulatory authorities and relevant external institutions.Act as the primary liaison with MACC, including coordinating periodic compliance reviews and updates relating to Section 17A.Serve as a member of the ESG Steering Committee, with direct responsibility for governance-related metrics within the ESG Dashboard and compliance with Bursa Malaysia requirements.Manage and oversee all internal and external audit programmes for the company.The Successful Applicant A successful Chief Integrity & Governance Officer should have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a legal background; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage with at least 10 years od relevant experience.Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) accredited by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).Proven experience leading governance and compliance in a regulated medium to large organisation with multiple operations.Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and relevant laws and regulations.Track record in driving innovation and sustainability initiatives with measurable outcomes.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.Ability to develop and improve policies, procedures, and processes.Strong reporting, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.What's on OfferOpportunity to lead a key department within the organization.Permanent position offering stability and career growth.Work within a large organization in the Industrial industry.Collaborate with a team dedicated to governance and compliance excellence.If you are ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply for the Chief Integrity & Governance Officer position today!ContactEu Jinn TeoQuote job refJN-022026-6941372Phone number+60323024068Job summaryFunctionLegalSpecialisationCompetition / RegulatoryWhat is your area of specialisation?Industrial / ManufacturingLocationMalaysiaContract TypePermanentConsultant nameEu Jinn TeoConsultant contact+60323024068Job ReferenceJN-022026-6941372
