Job Description

  • Focus on strengthening relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Assess potential business partners by analysing their market strategies, requirements, objectives, and potential.
  • Identify key targets in core markets (industries, regions), concentrating on high-growth opportunities.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage long-term professional relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Review partner performance and propose enhancements to optimise partner management efforts.
  • Handle partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters promptly.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:



  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the technology, fin tech, or payments industry.


  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


  • A track record of developing and managing a sales pipeline, driving improvements in win/loss ratios and closure rates.


  • Strong ability to create compelling client pitch decks and proposals from the ground up, effectively communicating key value propositions.
