Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead the groups corporate activities including M&A and fundraising.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring financial stability and resilience.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and efficiency.
