Job Description

You will in be in charge of

  • Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the Group and company operations.
  • Provide strategic leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the Group and Company.
  • Building a top-notch finance and accounting team, ensuring revenues and expenses stay in balance, overseeing FP&A (financial planning & analysis) functions.
  • Provide recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, obtaining funding, working with department heads to analyze financial data and craft budgets, attesting to the accuracy of reports.
  • Consult the Managing Director and Boards of Directors on strategy.
  • Set technology direction, especially fintech
  • Recommend on various areas from supply chain to marketing based on their fiscal insights and industry knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

You will be suitable for the this role if you

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyse finance data and prepare financial statements and projection
