My client is a renowned billion-dollar fast moving lifestyle product brand, currently undergoing expansion and is seeking for an aggressive talent to be part of their expansion journey.

Job Description

  • Plan and secure new business premises by scouting, evaluating, and negotiating with landlords for new or existing sites.
  • Prepare documentation for management approval and maintain a database to ensure timely tenancy renewals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on outlet performance and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Handle tenancy negotiations, renewals, terminations, and formalize agreements with landlords.
  • Coordinate fit-out designs, renovations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and required permits.
  • Liaise with designers, landlords, and contractors to oversee site progress, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Strategize and coordinate road shows, including selecting venues, managing logistics, and handling booth deliverables.
  • Oversee the budget for road show events and work with marketing and sales teams to plan event promotions.
  • Manage on-site event coordination and address any other assigned tasks as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  2. Five (5) years of working experience in retail chain, multi-level marketing or FMCG industries.
  3. Good working relationship with the Property Agency would be advantageous
  4. Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Resourceful and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  6. A high degree of integrity and commitment is required for this position.
  7. Possess good verbal and written skills in English
  8. Possess own transport and willing to travel
