Job Description

  • Proactively seeking and securing new enterprise-level relationships to extend market reach.
  • Formulating and executing growth strategies to enhance revenue streams through new alliances.
  • Nurturing robust connections with external stakeholders, understanding their operational needs, and aligning them with our platform's value propositions.
  • Conducting in-depth market intelligence to analyze competitive landscapes and pinpoint emerging industry patterns for strategic advantage.
  • Collaborating synergistically with internal solution teams to co-create tailored offerings for partners and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Representing the organization at industry engagements to promote our ecosystem and attract new collaborators.
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, providing critical insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement for new partners to ensure their sustained success.



The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, brand development, or a related discipline.
  • Over five years of demonstrable experience in expanding commercial ventures or driving sales, with a strong preference for experience in the global mobility or leisure sector.
  • A history of initiating, cultivating, and overseeing impactful strategic collaborations.
  • Profound insight into the ecosystem of distribution partners and the evolving landscape of the global mobility industry.
  • Superior aptitude for effective communication and astute negotiation, enabling the cultivation of strong relationships and influence across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Robust analytical acumen for evaluating market environments and optimizing partner engagement.
  • Competence in utilizing relationship management platforms and standard business productivity software.
