Job Description

  • To achieve company's sales goals through effective business development and sales cycle management, expense budget and strong distributor/stakeholder management
  • Serve as the primary contact for key dealers and customers.
  • Oversee annual sales goals and forecasts for the assigned region.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's sales policies and procedures, delivering effective customer service.
  • Conduct market surveys and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Lead dealer promotions to drive sales and maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and oversee dealer education programs to enhance field sales performance.
  • Regularly visit assigned dealers/customers to promote products, share new product updates, and gather feedback.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Visit potential dealers to assess their suitability as sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team on inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Provide marketing management with new product, promotion, and extension ideas for evaluation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 5-8 years of sales experience in medical device industry, especially in infection prevention, endoscopy or CSSD portfolios
  • Sales driven person who always aim to achieve/overachieve sales target and grow the healthcare business
  • Independent, and able to maintain good relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in equipment /solution selling
