They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and grow the EV market in the southern region.

Job Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales and delivery journey.
  • Maintain personalized and consistent communication with customers at every interaction point.
  • Strategically plan and take proactive actions to drive demand and create opportunities for customers to experience the products.
  • Lead by example as a role model within the team, demonstrating excellence and best practices.
  • Act as a self-starter, continuously seeking and implementing improvements and offering solutions.
  • Strengthen market presence through various point-of-sale activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound engagement to build, manage, and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Drive the achievement of sales and delivery targets by collaborating with stakeholders and the team to identify barriers and implement solutions.
  • Handle all sales administrative tasks, including contract management, financial processing, system updates, outbound activities, and reporting.
  • Oversee fleet readiness, ensuring all vehicles are available and in top condition for customer needs.
  • Prepare vehicles ahead of delivery appointments and conduct direct deliveries when needed.
  • Promote brand awareness and educate customers at every opportunity.
  • Participate in market expansion activities and identify new opportunities in retail and infrastructure sectors.
  • Support nearby store operations and collaborate on wider market activities, including roadshows and events.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful sales pitches and achieving strong conversion rates.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and act proactively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about advancing sustainable energy solutions.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and communication skills; additional language skills may be required based on the local market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license with a minimum of two years' driving experience.
  • Maintains a clean, safe driving record.
