Job Description

  • Identify business opportunities to build profitable portfolio in line with the company's distribution strategy
  • Generate new leads and acquire new customers, managing existing customers if needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers, insurance agents and banks
  • Deliver the sales targets assigned to you

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
  • Min 5-year of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling
  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance matters, trade related banking products
  • Willing to travel outstation and stay in Penang two weeks a month (based in KL)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship (ie. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent
  • presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Malay, Mandarin and Hokkien is a strong advantage
