Job Description

  • Own the full strategy, P&L, and day‑to‑day performance for the assigned product category.
  • Develop and execute growth plans, including assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, and market competitiveness.
  • Build and manage partnerships with strategic brands, suppliers, and merchants; lead negotiations and Joint Business Plans.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to refine category strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to deliver improvements in GMV, margins, traffic, and conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of key account managers to execute category goals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in category management, business development, consulting, or e‑commerce.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering growth within their category.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, team leadership, and working in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
  • Highly structured, data‑driven, and capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
