Job Description

  1. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, market trends, and business performance metrics to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  2. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  3. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and key performance indicators, to stakeholders and management.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in financial processes and systems, and recommend and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of financial initiatives with organizational goals.
  6. Risk Management: Assess financial risks, such as market volatility, liquidity, and credit risk, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing returns.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations in all financial activities and reporting.
  8. Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to business units by providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Possess a minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  2. Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models, analyze large datasets, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
  3. minimum of 4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles
  4. Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  5. Possess exceptional time management and multitasking skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment.
