The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Manager or Senior Business Analyst within retail or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of convenience store or multi‑store retail operations
  • Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical capability with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
  • Experience working with BI tools, data warehouses, and large datasets
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior leadership
