An MNC for education, and media company that publishes and distributes reading materials for schools, teachers, parents, children, and educational institutions.

Job Description

The main responsibility for this role for Branding Marketing oversees the markets in Asia, including:

  1. Lead the ideation and drive marketing activations for the priority trade portfolios specified in the annual KPI.
  2. Continuous review and renovation of portfolio mapping to remain strategically relevant in the space of both recreational and home learning.
  3. Collaborate intensely with department peers and respective Local Market Teams to deliver communications and engagement that will impact growth positively in Asia.
  4. Conduct competitive reviews and perform relevant consumer research.
  5. Manage interns, contractors, and/or third-party agency partners (creative design/ performance agencies where relevant) to support and meet brand campaign objectives.
  6. Manage, monitor, and report marketing investments and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Possess a Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in managing product offerings/ services to home and/or education institutions would be an advantage.
  3. Ability to work independently, and possess organizational and time management skills.
  4. Display initiative, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while being detail-oriented.
  5. A team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Proficient in English; both verbal and in writing.
  7. Knowledge of multi-platform marketing skills is an added advantage.
  8. Possess dynamic presentation and facilitation skills in presenting product information in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience across Asia.
