Job Description

  • Operate and maintain blow molding machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on blowing equipment.
  • Monitor and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in operating and maintaining blow molding machines.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards within the FMCG industry.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work assignments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Open to expatriates, package will vary.
