The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing process for a renowned company in the SSC industry. This role will also be responsible for managing and developing the billing team.

Job Description

  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external, internal and SOX audits related to Billing processes​
  • Cooperate closely with the Regional Management to drive different Pan-Regional initiatives
  • Closely monitoring of KPIs and making sure that they meet agreed standards. Propose remediation steps in case of discrepancies
  • Assist accounting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Review all financial plans regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
  • Manage relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
  • Work with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing billing team.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary laws and regulations relating to billing and collections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experienced leader with an understanding of CBC (credit, billing and collections) processes in a Shared Service (MUST HAVE).
  • Minimum 5-year relevant business experience, people management experience (MUST HAVE).
  • Knowledge of APAC Region billing requirements and common practices (MUST HAVE).
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP financial processes (MUST HAVE).
