Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager includes:

  • Set clear marketing goals and objectives tailored to each country
  • Support the Senior Manager in crafting innovative marketing strategies
  • Propose actionable strategies to be integrated into regional marketing plans.
  • Assess local market competition and enhance brand positioning within designated regional markets.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget.
  • Coordinate closely with regional Product Managers.
  • Adapt regional marketing strategies to fit the needs of specific local markets.
  • Gain a strong understanding of each country's financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to plan and oversee national marketing budgets.
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate is a marketer with proven track record in marketing within the B2B industry, other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and commercial experience
  • Analytical and has a strong business acumen
  • Background in business development is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing data analytic and tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing
  • Creativity
