Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the quality control and assurance team
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement activities and initiatives
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality related issues
  • Train team members on quality control and assurance methods
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree / Masters' degree in Chemical Engineering
  • At least 5 years in Quality Assurance/Control in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Familiar with analytical techniques and lab equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
