Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Johor.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Oversee and manage a performance-oriented sales team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive sales growth.
  • Manage budget and allocate resources among team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a medical sales executive or sales manager.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences or related field.
