Job Description

  • Negotiate competitive yet sustainable pricing to support business growth
  • Ensure account openings and operations comply with internal policies and procedures
  • Manage and develop merchant relationships, including service delivery, terminal installations, training, and fraud prevention
  • Work with business development teams on new products, sales support, and revenue opportunities
  • Forecast territory performance, sales trends, and required marketing activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, technology developments, and market standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Has strong knowledge of the financial services industry and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrates proven ability to plan, execute, and present effective sales strategies
  • Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Is self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Has at least 2 years of sales experience in financial services (credit card industry experience is an advantage)
  • Holds tertiary education, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing
