About Our Client

The client is a well-established organization within the entertainment and leisure industry, managing a diverse portfolio of entertainment venues, resorts, and similar enterprises. They require marketing expertise and are focused on improving guest experiences and brand development.

Job Description

This role will be overseeing and developing all brands within the Resorts Entertainment Division from online to offline collaterals, below the listed responsibilities:

  • Monitor brand direction and recommend enhancements, including style guide and template creation
  • Create and execute a long-term communication strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage daily marketing collateral requests from various units within the Resorts Entertainment Division
  • Plan, create, and update marketing materials in multiple languages
  • Ensure timely and accurate information across communication platforms
  • Manage content for digital screens at entertainment venues and resorts
  • Plan and execute the development of marketing assets, including photo/video shoots
  • Provide marketing support for significant events related to the Resorts Entertainment Division
  • Develop promotional materials for pricing and promotions
  • Plan and implement new product offerings as needed
  • Monitor the marketing budget
  • Collaborate with Advertising and Media Agencies
  • Coordinate with online internal team to ensure online product availability
  • Manage internal printing requests and on-site communications
  • Review and improve the mobile app for an enhanced guest experience

The Successful Applicant

To be eligible for this, candidate must be proficient in Mandarin language, must be willing to rellocate outside of Klang Valley, and has IP Management experience.

  • Proficiency in the Chinese language is required.
  • Proficiency in managing licensed IPs
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Resorts Entertainment Division or a related industry
  • Experience in pre-opening initiatives is advantageous
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing
  • Competency in web analytics
  • Willing to work according to duty roster to support Operations which is 6-day work week with 4 - 6 days off per month.
