About Our Client
Our client is from the manufacturing industry looking into components and actively involves in process improvement and ISO matters. They are part of the technology sector of the manufacturing and they are well established, their parent company has been around in the global business for over 15 years.
The key responsibilities are :
-Compensation and Benefits (Including Payroll)
-IR matters ( coaching and counselling)
-Training ( sourcing and leading internal training)
-Recruitment (Handling internal roles)
- Involved in company ISO
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must have the criteria as per below:
-Able to handle full spectrum of HR tasks.
-Self-disciplined, great personality, character and attitude, positive thinking and well manner.
-Union experience will be an added advantage
-Only for Malaysian and able to converse will be an added advantage
