Job Description

This role reports to the Marketing Manager (MM). You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regional marketing directives and brand objectives are met. Other responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage A&P budget for your designated brand.
  • Working closely with MM to manage marketing campaign.
  • Responsible to plan and execute ATL/BTL initiatives in line with brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for end-to-end New Product Development and product launches.
  • Analyse data to effectively recommend and construct marketing and sales strategies.
  • Drive business growth and profitability through comprehensive marketing and branding strategies.
  • Work closely with trade marketing team for POSM development and consumer marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Brand Manager will be expected to be driven, creative and visionary. The epitome of this candidate should be analytical with impeccable presentation skills. Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related discipline.

  • Min 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Digital marketing is an added advantage.
