Assistant Account Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounting Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will play a vital role in the finance team.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including

• Prepare and finalise the general ledger and management accounts at month-end, working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile financial data for accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers for non-accounts payable expenditures, ensuring proper account code and cost center allocation.
• Analyze and ensure all expenses are recorded accurately with appropriate provisions made on a monthly basis.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Operating Plan and generate monthly budget variance reports.
• Assist in preparing monthly schedules to streamline the year-end financial audit process.
• Prepare tax computations and schedules for annual tax return submissions, including revised estimates.
