Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growing the business across Asia-Pacific-turning strategy into action, and opportunities into revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being out in the market, building relationships, and driving results.

You will:

  • Lead business development efforts and identify new opportunities in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific
  • Shape and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with global objectives
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, including sales volume, margins, and forecasting
  • Build and manage distributor and channel partnerships, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events
  • Oversee project installations and client handovers, ensuring a smooth experience from sale to implementation
  • Collaborate closely with technical and aftersales teams to support customer satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver regular market insights and sales reports to the global leadership team

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or technical-commercial disciplines
  • At least 5 years in regional B2B sales; experience in industrial equipment or machinery is highly preferred
  • Experience managing distributors and complex sales cycles
  • Fluent in English; other Asian languages are a plus
  • Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and hands-on leadership
  • Willing to travel frequently across the region
