The AP Manager will oversee the full AP function and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. This role calls for a talented individual who is skilled in end to end P2P within Accounting and Finance coupled with managerial experience.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable function
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of all invoices
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline and improve the accounts payable process
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate vendor files
  • Prepare and provide regular reports and summaries of AP data
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing end to end Accounts Payable across APAC region coupled with SSC industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
