Job Description

  • Lead and manage the AFC Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to Anti-Financial Crime activities.
  • Oversee compliance with banking and financial services regulations.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks related to financial crime.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on AFC processes and best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on AFC operations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AFC Operations department.
  • Support Group AFC Ops in FACTCA and CRS reporting matter.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AFC Operations - Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Anti-Financial Crime regulations and practices within the financial services industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
