With a focus on delivering excellent service and a commitment to operational efficiency, the company thrives on innovation and utilises cutting-edge technology.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain a measurement governance framework for the introduction of new measurement systems.Establish a transparent control system for all measurement processes within Production.Create and maintain procedures or standard work detailing the architecture of the measurement framework and future state requirements.Conduct market surveys and benchmark best-in-class measurement technologies for potential implementation in the company.Collaborate with other support functions (e.g., Continuous Improvement, SPC, PFMEA) to mistake-proof and enhance the stability of measurement processes.Lead the evaluation of measurement requests and implement systems, equipment, or tools in line with the Engine Manual or Standard Practice Manual.Conduct feasibility studies for new measurement systems, equipment, or tools for introduction in Production.Project manage or oversee the introduction of new measurement systems, equipment, or tools in Production.Lead and coordinate all major measurement system introductions in the company.Adhere to and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules, and regulations at all times.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or designated personnel.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Advance Measurement Engineer' should have:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or its equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in Process Engineering with a focus on inspection and measurement.
