Job Description

  • Manage and resolve all accounts payable issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Perform account reconciliations regularly and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to company's financial procedures and controls.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
  • Provide support in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Mandarin language required due to region supported.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with accounting software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
