This role in the Retail industry requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting practices and proficiency in the Vietnamese language.

Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of AP transactions in line with company policies, SOPs, SLA, and KPI targets.
  • Check and process vendor invoices and staff claims promptly, adhering to business controls and local legal requirements.
  • Prepare and process payments according to scheduled timelines.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Draft and continuously update work documentation (DTP).
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency within the Shared Service Center.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance operations or a similar role within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese language is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
