The client is a well-established player in the Property & Construction sector.

Job Description

  • Generates insightful management reports: This includes analyzing financial figures and data from the accounts to prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for management.
  • Acts as a key external liaison: This involves communicating and coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant external stakeholders.
  • Manages Country-by-Country Reporting: This entails preparing and reviewing CbCR submissions to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Supports Global Minimum Tax compliance: This involves assisting with the implementation and reporting processes related to the Global Minimum Tax rules.
  • Contributes to sustainability and integrated reporting: This includes assisting in the implementation and reporting of Integrated Reporting and IFRS sustainability disclosure standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification, such as ACCA, CPA, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial management principles.
  • Leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
