About Our Client

Our Client is a multinational company with a worldwide presence. They operate a Shared Service Centre in Malaysia, providing services to numerous countries. Representing several globally recognized brands, they are growing significantly across Asia Pacific. At this juncture, they are looking to expand the PTP team to support the newly acquired business.

Job Description

  • Invoice Processing
  • Invoice related queries & escalation
  • Vendor Master Data Maintenance process
  • Ensures payment process adhere to Internal PTP process controls
  • AP related repoting
  • AP Account Reconciliation
  • Create/update desk procedures (DTPs)
  • Acts as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC)/First Level Escalation Contact
  • Monitor Key Performance indicators (KPIs)

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Level of Education: Degree with Finance / Accounting
  • 5 years of professional work experience with min 2 years in PTP/AP area
  • Must be fluent in English- both written and spoken
  • Experience dealing with APAC market (e.g Australia) would be an advantage
  • Great problem solving skill and business acumen
