Job Description

  • Conducts transactions efficiently.

  • Accurately and promptly processes invoices.
  • Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies swiftly.
  • Addresses Accounts Payable (AP) inquiries from both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Participates in various month-end and quarter-end closing activities as assigned.
  • Executes payments accurately and on time, adhering to company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Supports Accounts Receivable (AR) by applying receipts against AR invoices.
  • Coordinates with Field purchasing team members to resolve discrepancies.
  • Works with vendors and customers on reconciliations.
  • Ensures compliance with all AP and AR policies.
  • Completes a variety of financial accounting tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Two-year degree or high-school graduate and related experience (1-3 years).
  • Must be willing to work at Penang Island, Malaysia.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves managing Mandarin-speaking regions.
