A construction data solutions provider with a strong presence across Asia Pacific is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow its existing client accounts in Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring service satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting long-term partnership development within the construction and building industry.

Job Description



  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention


  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure timely resolution of client needs


  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client business needs


  • Monitor client usage and engagement to ensure maximum value from the company's solutions


  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer support, product, and operations) to deliver excellent service


  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and client feedback


  • Renew contracts and support negotiations to maintain and grow account value



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success (any industry welcome)


  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills


  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities


  • Comfortable working with data-driven tools or platforms


  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
