The Account Manager will be accountable for establishing and achieving business objectives set by the company. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Sales and Account Management in line with the organization's influence among their key accounts. The account manager is also expected to develop new business opportunities within targeted enterprises and networks.
- To maintain and increase market share through effective selling and provision of value added services to customers in responsible segment and area
- To manage and ensure smooth running of sales front office and back office activity
- To ensure achievement of personal targets in terms of profitability and volume in responsible area and segment
- To constantly upgrade self and sales team in market knowledge, product knowledge and technical skills
- To ensure market leadership by active involvement in the business in responsible market segment
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years experience in in B2B Sales
- Possess an aggressive, result-oriented and self-driven attitude
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, sales & marketing and negotiation skills.
- Capable of working effectively and productively with team members.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, multi-lingual proficiency an added advantage
- Autonomous and results orientated, with a clear determination to succeed.
