Job Description

You are responsible for :

  • Prepare and maintain important financial reports.
  • Ensure timely payment of expenses and invoices.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor all financial transactions and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Identify discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
  • Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Enhance knowledge on the latest property market trends.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Group level accounting experience would be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mind.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of the property industry.
