About Our Client
My client is a large Financial Institution based in KL. They are rapidly growing in size and are looking for dynamic individuals with solid background and experience to join their team.
My client is looking for an experienced HR Practitioner to join their fast paced business and to contribute in the following areas but not limited to:
a) Strategize, Plan and Monitor the various departments performance and ensure they are in line with the company's best HR Practice
b) Strategize and Develop competent and productive workforce in ensuring the company meets its strategic goal in the most effective and efficient manner
c) Drive attractive and effective Compensation & Reward strategies to promote employee retention
d) Oversee the implementation of Organisation Development programmes such as Succession Planning, Talent Identification and Career Development
e) Plan and execute Performance Reporting (based on various departments) and communicate them to organization's internal and external stakeholders
f) Oversee overall Corporate Communication exercise/initiative to ensure the image of the company is enhanced
The Successful Applicant
Candidates should posses:
a) Minimum Qualification - Masters/Degree in Human Resource or other relevant disciplines.
b) A Minimum 15 years of experience in the related field (Experience in the Financial Institution is an added advantage)
c) Competent on Decision Making, Communication, Organization and Presentation Skills, Strategic Thinking etc.
