Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Development Manager you would be responsible for:

• Give support, guidance and administer all sales force inquiries
• Provide coaching and mentoring for all independent sales representatives
• Lead and direct sales skills with effective training and support
• Provide training program and educational support in assisting the sales team achieve sales targets and revenue
• Instill our clients mission, culture and golden rule
• Effective communication between all sales representatives and company
• Good relationship and rapport building with sales representatives
• Organize and assist all company events such as Leadership Conference, Career Conference and Seminars Manage and grow sales force head count and develop production line

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service or sales
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientated with good communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to public speak to large groups
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Candidates from service industry highly recommended
• A positive attitude and ability to drive through challenges
• Passion to work in a people's business is crucial
