Job Description

As part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to design and implement a Corporate Clients Management framework for the corporation’s network of corporate clients.

Key dimensions will involve:

• Work with internal stakeholders to identify their business requirements
• Design and implement customized corporate client databases
• Contribute to the development of a strategic vision of how divisions / units within the corporation can use the corporate clients data efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that all client information is accurate, up-to-date and secure
• Undertake and deliver tasks / activities as assigned by the Senior Manager as per set deadlines
• Escalates issues / interdependencies / barriers identified during the implementation of the projects / initiatives assigned
• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the activities assigned by the Senior Manager Use of proper tools / templates in undertaking and delivering tasks / activities assigned
• Exhibit good time management skills to include completing responsibilities within regular work hours and appropriate prioritization of jobs to meet deadlines.
• Maintain notes / adequate work papers on tasks / activities assigned in a manner that allows colleagues to work on them when the need arises.
• Exhibit appropriate level of teamwork filling in and assisting other colleagues when needed.

The Successful Applicant

You need to have 4 to 12 years of working experience in wholesale banking – client facing or corporate marketing. Candidate with foreign banking experience as well as good understanding of the issues driving certain sectors would be an advantage for the role.

You need to have an excellent written and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good interpersonal and presentation skills. You must have or demonstrate the following:

• Have managed corporate accounts independently and have business intelligence on large corporate in Malaysia
• Mature, independent, able to provide constructive solutions and advices.
• Team player and ability to work in an evolving environment.
• Able to plan, organize, and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity, commitment, initiative and a good team player.
• Passionate, driven, creative, and articulate.
