My client, a MNC from the States has been operating in Malaysia for the past 20 years and have successful gained strong market share and positioning among its competitors and rivals.

1. Talent Assessment for hiring and succession purpose
2. Leadership Development, with key emphasis in driving People Manager Accelerator Program (PMAP)
3. Performance Management & Improvement
4. Career and Development Roadmap (including functional and technical development roadmap)
5. Working with Learning & Development team to drive Capability Development
6. Drive Culture Transformation
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should understand Talent Management and the different spectrum of the role in implementing and managing the TM function.
Experienced candidates from the FS industry and with more than 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply for this position.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability is key to this role.
