About Our Client
Our client is a leading European MNC in the FMCG industry with presence in over 50 countries employing 85,000 employees worldwide. They pride themselves in being among the largest in their industry and maintaining a high social corporate responsibility. They are currently expanding their team here and hence are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Talent of Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition matters including recruitment of experienced and non experienced hires and employer branding. You will be supervising a team of 3 people to ensure all business recruitment needs are met. It is our client's expectation that the incumbent is able to build strong partnerships with stakeholders by understanding their recruitment needs to then provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition strategies. You will need to manage expectations expectations of stakeholders on the talent market and provide talent solutions to ensure a healthy pipeline of calibre candidates.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must have at least:-
- Degree qualified from a reputable tertiary institution
- 7-9 years of strong Talent acquisition experience from a fast paced MNC
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and business partnering ability
- Ability to work with changes and with demanding stakeholders
